ONLINE COACHING / JOHAN’S APPROACH

Your programme starts
with an assessment of you.

A goal alone is not enough to build a personal programme. Johan considers your background, movement and actual abilities together — and builds the training to strengthen what is limiting your progress.

INFORMATION → ASSESSMENT → PROGRAMME → FOLLOW-UP

Your starting point.
Your completed sessions.
Your personal next step.

More than 23,000 hours of personal training and full-time work since 2007 underpin Johan’s training judgement.

MORE THAN A READY-MADE PROGRAMME

Personal from the start.
Personal throughout.

A ready-made programme starts with a plan already written. Here, the work starts with information about you — and continues with what you actually do.

Personally designed
Your background, movement tests and reviewed circumstances guide the programming.
Ongoing adjustments
Completed sessions, progression and technique information shape the next step.
Human judgement
Johan or the responsible coach makes the assessment and approves decisions.
Traceable follow-up
The planned programme, completed session and technique assessment are kept distinct.

FROM INITIAL INFORMATION TO YOUR NEXT PROGRAMME

How your training
takes shape.

  1. Your background provides the context.

Before starting, you complete a comprehensive health and training questionnaire. Goals, training background, daily life and relevant limitations build a picture of your circumstances.

  2. Movement becomes part of the assessment.

You complete movement tests as instructed. Technique information or video may be included in the agreed approach, giving the coach more to assess than numbers alone.

  3. Johan assesses the whole picture.

Your goal is considered alongside how you move, what you can do and what daily life allows. The assessment looks for limiting factors and weaker areas that need priority.

  4. Your programme starts where the need is.

Your personal programme is based on reviewed and verified information. The initial priority is what limits you, before building towards your strength and physique goals.

  5. The completed session counts.

Follow-up uses actual sets, repetitions, loads and progression. A separate human assessment of technique shows how the movements were performed; numbers alone must not decide.

  6. Your next programme builds on what you have shown.

What could you actually do? How was your technique? Which limitations remain? The answers shape your next programme and the adjustments along the way.

  7. A coach approves the decision.

Johan or the responsible coach reviews client decisions before they take effect. A proposal does not automatically become your new training plan.

PROGRAMME · PERFORMANCE · ASSESSMENT

Follow the process.
Understand the next step.

You should be able to follow the connection between what was planned, what you completed and why the next step takes the form it does.

In the digital workflow, programmes, session logging and follow-up are connected. You provide results and the agreed technique information; the coach uses them in the assessment.

Scope, price, digital access and follow-up arrangements are confirmed personally before you start.
